In the continued recognition of our diverse team and their value to our organization, this month we are recognizing Cindy Gambosh, Director of Workflow Automation, and her 11th year CorVel anniversary.
Cindy joined the CorVel team in 2009 as a Call Center Manager in the Richmond, Virginia office. Today, she is the Director of Workflow Automation, working closely with the Development and Business Operation teams to increase the efficiency of our processes and streamline system access and reporting for customers and regulatory agencies.
As the Director of Workflow Automation, Cindy’s role focuses on intake services and care management. Cindy works with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure all first calls from injured workers are managed effectively and directed appropriately to CorVel adjusters and case managers.
Throughout Cindy’s time at CorVel, she has made ongoing improvements to the intake process, playing a significant role in building out our Advocacy 24/7 and telehealth services. She shares, “I’m most proud of growing our intake services. In 2009, intake supported under 50 customers. Today, the intake team supports over 400 customers.”
“What I love about working at CorVel is that no two days are the same. I have had unlimited opportunities to learn new things and implement new tools and programs that make a difference.”
Outside of work, Cindy loves watching every moment of the Tour De France. She is an avid sports fan, and cycling is her favorite sport. She was able to go to the race for their 100th anniversary and spend 10 special days in France.
Thank you, Cindy, for your dedication and contributions to CorVel. We appreciate you!
