At CorVel, we describe our company values by the acronym ACE-IT (Accountability, Commitment, Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork). Twenty years ago, I joined the CorVel team as a District Manager, where I was responsible for managing operations covering four states on the East Coast. Over time, as I took on more responsibilities, my role at CorVel evolved. Currently, I oversee department productivity, operations management, and client relations across 25 states nationwide as Senior Vice President.

Over the years, it’s been rewarding to see employees at CorVel advance in their careers. In fact, 100% of my direct report group has been promoted to a different position than they had when they first started. For instance, one of our employees joined the team four years ago as an adjuster based in Louisiana. Since then, he has been promoted to Account Manager for the Central Sunbelt region, Operations Manager, and now is a District Manager overseeing operations for Alabama and Mississippi.
