Summary For 03/14/2023:
This measure exempts workers’ compensation insurance groups in operation for at least 5 years from some of the premium payment plan requirements, provided their payment plan is otherwise acceptable to the commissioner.
Most Recent Update:
- On March 11, the committee report was released. This measure was reported favorably from the Joint Committee on Financial Services by an undisclosed vote and was referred to the Senate Committee on Ways and Means. This measure awaits further consideration in the committee of referral.
