The Oklahoma Option

Title 85A - Section 2012 (effective February 1, 2014) gives employers the choice to file for the Oklahoma Option. Employers should review insurance coverage, claims history and company finances prior to filing with the Oklahoma Insurance Department to enroll as a Qualified Employer under the Option.
