General Description: Develop and maintain a provider network throughout the state.
Essential Job Duties: ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES 1. Correspondence, telephonic contact and on-site meetings. 2. Review credentials of prospective providers to be considered for acceptance into network. 3. Develop and implement provider profiling program in conjunction with existing systems capabilities. 4. Receive and resolve all disputes involving provider contract and payment issues in accordance with Dispute Resolution Procedures. 5. Provide assistance and be responsive to staff requests for assistance, information regarding the network, both locally and nationally. 6. Oversee distribution of executed contracts and maintenance of database. 7. Requires regular and consistent attendance. 8. Comply with all safety rules and regulations during work hours in conjunction with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP). 9. Maintain a professional appearance. 10. Additional duties as assigned. COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent phone and customer service skill. Previous customer experience a plus.
Education/Training Requirements: High School or equilavent. Some College preferred.
