General Description:	The Regional Systems Coordinator (RSC) reports to the Regional Systems Director (RSD) and is the tactical interface responsible for delivering technology best practices for operations and sales organizations. Part of this responsibility is to help field offices increase proficiency in their use of technology, and to help them stay current in both systems and core applications. Additionally, the RSC will work with the central organizations to improve understanding of field issues related to technology deployment and utilization. The RSC will also be a 3rd tier support for advanced technical issues that cannot be resolved by layers one and two. The RSC must be both business oriented and technology oriented. Must be able to communicate well with customers, prospects, business managers, and technologists. Experience with customers and able to participate in a sales situation.
